How much does it shipping cost?

Orders over £70 are free. Delivery is £4.50 for orders under £70. 

When will I get my order?

We deliver throughout the UK and European countries. Delivery is 5-7 working days. We aim to dispatch the next working day.

Do you package for gifts?

Yes. Our mugs make an excellent option for surprising your loved ones on birthdays, anniversaries, friend gatherings, and special occasions. Your mug will arrive in special-cut styrofoam inside a craft box, providing protection when shipping.

What if something isn’t right with my order?

We will accept returns and exchange. But we kindly remind that each mug tells its own story through its imperfections and unique details. Since our products are shaped by hand, they may show minor differences from each other even if they are the same size. You'll find no two mugs are exactly alike, adding a touch of exclusivity to your collection.
